Palamau Fort
About 5 Kms from Lalmathar of District Palamu Fort District I It is situated in the west direction on the distance. Here are two forts called an old fort and the second new fort. The old fort was built in the time of the Cheras King Medini Rai. It is 75 feet wide and there is also a mazjid. The new fort has been constructed on the upper slopes of the hill. Its main entrance is also known as the Nagpurpuri gate.
