Khodh

Khodh is a small tribe of Jharkhand. In fact, it is mainly tribals of Orissa, where their number is in lakhs, it is evident from the Khand related statistics given in the population of 1961 that the main concentration of Khond is in four districts of Orissa whose total number is 170488, whereas in Jharkhand area only 814 is. It is not about Khond caste that it belongs to the Dravidian dynasty. Their physical symptoms often resemble other tribes.
